No refunds are available after 30 days.
In order to cancel service, you must contact HosterDirect's Billing
department, Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M EST via
email at billing@hosterdirect.com.
Accounts cancelled/terminated by HosterDirect for violating our
Terms of Use do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee.
For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will
not be given any refund.
Please allow 5 business days for refunds of your payment by paypal
or Credit Card.
