Both shared and hosting plans include a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, we will refund your full payment if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account.

Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services; this includes but is not limited to Domain Parking services, Domain Name renewals, and Domain Registration.

No refunds are available after 30 days. In order to cancel service, you must contact HosterDirect's Billing department, Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M EST via email at billing@hosterdirect.com.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by HosterDirect for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
