I especially want to pass on my gratitude about Stephen, who is on AIM (constantly!). He has unraveled my mistakes, explained things, walked me through tasks I haven't done before, and always with a friendly and professional approach.

I am new to this, and already learned the hard way, all these great features and space are secondary to customer service. When my client said to move me somewhere else, I was lucky to find both at HosterDirect.
